When Choosing Studs, 4 Threaded vs. 2 open 2 Threaded refers to the manifold NOT the spacer plate. The spacer plate has 4 pass-through holes. Our manifold utilizes 4 threaded mounting, and several others do as well. Some 3pcs and factory manifolds only had 2 threaded with 2 open mounting holes for turbo foot mounting.
